He explained everything clearly and made sure the machine was working perfectly before he left. It’s been running like new ever since! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I called Appliance Works, and a real person answered! She was very efficient and set up an appointment for me the next day. Riley showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt he was very honest, and he did not try to repair something just to get the money. My sister has also used his service and was very satisfied. Riley stopped out to diagnose our cooktop. He was very quick in identifying the problem and provided a reasonable repair estimate, including a 1-year warranty on the part and work. Within 1 business day Appliance Works had the correct, original manufacturer's replacement part, and Riley had the part installed quickly. Riley was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
